Role Overview
- Lead the evolution of Kolecto's payment rail
- Own the employee/collaborator management domain, a key area for our SMB users
- Frame complex problems and define MVPs
- Work daily with Design, Engineering and Business teams
- Operational excellence: documentation, rigor, and KPI tracking
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Solid experience in B2B SaaS, ideally on complex domains: workflows, permissions, user management, compliance, transactions, etc.
- High level of rigor, attention to detail and strong structuring skills
- Genuine technical aptitude: understand technical constraints, data flows and integrations
- Ability to work on low-UI topics: business logic, process coherence and system robustness over visual mockups
- Excellent communication with the Engineering department and internal stakeholders
