Develop and own the end-to-end sales and customer management process blueprint
Define and implement standards and templates for governance and process development
Lead development of RACI models and cross-functional governance structures
Act as a coordination point across Sales, CRM, and Commercial Strategy stakeholders
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across processes

5+ years of professional experience
Management consulting experience with a focus on commercial transformation and process design
Experience in developing governance frameworks and RACI models
Strong understanding of sales operating models and customer segmentation
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience establishing KPIs and process performance metrics
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a strong advantage
