Lead the development and integration of internal and external communications strategies across the region
Serve as the primary communications partner to international leadership across Western Europe, Japan, and ANZ
Develop and lead integrated internal and external communications strategies aligned to business priorities, the Medtronic Mission, and CST objectives
Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of regional communications programs
Partner across Integrated Communications, Global Marketing, operating units, and in-country communicators to drive a coordinated "One CST" approach
Advance and protect the company’s reputation through media relations, thought leadership, product launch support, crisis communications, and market development initiatives
Lead internal communications and employee engagement strategies that connect employees to business priorities and organizational changes.
Measure communications effectiveness and use insights to continuously refine strategies, strengthen message pull-through, and optimize impact across regions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or integrated communications (or 5+ years with advanced degree)
Proven experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies across multiple channels and audiences
Good level in English
Experience working in global or multi-market environments, with sensitivity to cultural and regional differences
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and counsel senior leaders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
