About this role
Role Overview
- Support daily operations including troubleshooting, plant optimization, equipment resources, debottlenecking, and production loss accounting
- Maximize plant production and ensure achievement of daily production plan
- Provide technical support to plants as per SOP and OMS procedures for GAS products
- Conduct troubleshooting for any plant abnormal condition or low productivity
- Monitor plant production performance and initiate DCRs and TSRs for improvements
- Prepare action plans and follow up for closing recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or Equivalent
- 2 years of experience in the relevant field
- Job Specific Skills: Budgeting
- Advance level of soft skills
- Communication skills
