About this role
Role Overview
Apply and further develop your existing IT support knowledge—especially in the areas of client hardware, software and IT services
Capture and structure customer requirements and, together with technical teams, purchasing and other departments, translate them into tailored solutions
Prepare, price and document quotations while maintaining oversight of quality, costs and deadlines
Coordinate contributions to quotation preparation and actively support quality, cost and schedule control
Serve as the central point of contact for our customers—from order status updates to resolving discrepancies during implementation
In addition to preparing quotations, monitor order execution and coordinate supplier agreements and supplier management
Remain part of an IT-focused team while taking on a more controlling and coordinating role
Have the opportunity to actively shape services and make a visible contribution to the digitalization of public administration
Requirements
Completed vocational training in an IT or commercial field (e.g. IT systems management clerk / IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau) or comparable, verifiable several years of experience in IT support and/or order coordination
Strong communication skills
Customer-oriented work style and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
Good IT understanding and the ability to explain technical information clearly
A solid sense for economic relationships and responsible handling of costs, schedules and resources
Strong problem-solving skills
Structured working method and strong self-organization skills
Confident in MS Office and ideally initial experience with Navision / Business Central
Openness to and interest in working with document management and ticketing systems
