About this role
Role Overview
Provide effective leadership as the supply chain's main point of contact in ZA, MENA and Africa.
Collaborate with your team to define and implement strategic initiatives, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Systematically identify, assess, and manage major supply risks and constraints within the region.
Strategically manage and reduce the instances of turbines being stopped due to spare part unavailability.
Ensure timely supply of parts for contractual business, Transactional Sales and CIM cases.
Requirements
Relevant university degree
Substantial experience in Service Operations, supply chain, or logistics
Effective stakeholder management skills
Robust understanding of the wind industry or similar sectors
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Demonstrated experience in cross-functional global management
Ability to engage multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Inquisitive nature and curiosity to explore innovative solutions
