Teamwork: You work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and successful project delivery
Knowledge transfer: You stay up to date with Salesforce developments and actively share your expertise with colleagues and clients.
Requirements
Many years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally as a Technical Architect, with a focus on nonprofit organizations
Solid knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning, as well as experience with the NPSP package and/or the Nonprofit Cloud
Familiarity with the processes of NGOs and foundations and their specific requirements
Strong conceptual skills in translating client requirements into Salesforce features and workflows
Experience with best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem
Leadership experience in technical teams and clear, effective stakeholder communication
Desirable certifications: Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or Certified System Architect
Excellent German and English language skills, combined with strong communication abilities.
