Role Overview
- Act as a senior, strategic partner to leaders within the Swedish organization and international business line
- Translate global and local business strategies into relevant people strategies and HR initiatives
- Provide expert guidance across the full HR spectrum
- Drive and facilitate strategic workforce planning, capability development, and succession planning
Requirements
- Fluency in English and very good Swedish
- Experience in HR
- Knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements
- Ability to coach and support leaders in HR matters
