Manage and deliver a broad portfolio of Partner business line initiatives, ensuring priorities are executed on time
Drive Path‑to‑Plan outcomes through disciplined pipeline tracking, forecasting, and prioritization to support high‑value pursuits
Support partner intelligence through surveys and feedback loops to inform pursuit strategy, positioning, and execution decisions
Partner with key stakeholders to enhance the Partner Experience across the lifecycle while strengthening channel consistency and performance
Collaborate with Data Analytics to surface One U.S. Bank cross‑sell insights that inform pursuit targeting and GTM strategy across the business line
Orchestrate cross‑functional alignment across Product, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and other stakeholders to accelerate Advisory initiative delivery and clearly articulate business impact
Advance Salesforce and Copilot adoption through enablement that drives efficiency, consistency, and pursuit execution
Partner closely with Marketing to support campaign execution, lead‑generation tracking, and data tools (e.g., ZoomInfo)
Requirements
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience in project management activities
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a sales, operations, or go‑to‑market environment
Strong execution mindset with the ability to translate strategy into action
Experience delivering training, onboarding, or enablement programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced project management expertise preferred
