Improve and optimize flows (e.g., welcome, retention, abandoned cart).
Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Executive Management and Customer Care).
Requirements
3β4 years of experience in CRM / email marketing
Experience with Klaviyo is a plus but not required
Experience working with a CRM/email marketing tool
Strong copywriting skills (sales-driven and educational)
Confident working with data and KPIs
Experience with tools such as Canva, Slack, Notion
Fluent in German and good command of English
