Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
Screen and interview qualified candidates
Partner with your Sales & Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
Perform various customer service related activities
Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations
Identify and reach potential candidates with through research, referrals, networking and cold calling (60 calls/day minimum).
Initiate relationships with prospective candidates by researching industry and organizations and connecting with key stakeholders.
Present information related to recruiting and staffing opportunities and utilize recruiting strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive closures.
Plan and prioritize activities based on criticality.
Requirements
Degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
Understanding the sales process and dynamics.
Min 1 year in the staffing/recruiting field.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Business level-English).
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
