Conduct frequent face-to-face field presentations, product demonstrations, and virtual consultations to exceed established territory revenue goals.
Educate buyers on our complete manufacturer partner portfolio, cross-selling across cleaning chemicals, heavy equipment, and disposable categories.
Identify, onboard, and train regional distributors. Actively help distribution partners close new accounts using company-generated leads.
Coordinate and lead professional sales meetings, manage site selection, prepare strategic agendas, and represent the brand at industry trade shows and educational conferences.
Track competitive market activity, monitor emerging industry trends, and participate in data-driven sales forecasting and long-range marketing planning.
Manage daily pipeline data, log account interactions, and maintain pristine records within the company CRM to facilitate transparent manufacturer reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional sales experience preferred
Previous B2B sales, territory management, hospitality, Jan-San, foodservice, or industrial distribution experience is a plus
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs, CRM systems, and other business tools
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to independently manage a territory, prioritize accounts, and develop new business opportunities
