Provide HR leadership and act as formal HR authority for InPost Italy during the interim period
Manage, coach and develop the P&C team ensuring continuity of operations
Own HR budget supervision and personnel cost planning
Oversee recruitment plans and headcount requests
Provide senior oversight on labour relations matters including union agreements, collective bargaining, complex disciplinary cases, termination procedures and conflict mediation
Ensure supervisory oversight of payroll operations, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance and continuity throughout the interim period
Requirements
8 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP role in multinational companies
Proven track record managing a full HR function with direct reports
Deep expertise in Italian labour law and CCNL management (CCNL Commercio preferred)
Solid command of compensation & benefits, salary review and job architecture frameworks
Experience with payroll oversight and HRIS platforms
Italian: native or full professional proficiency
English: fluent — mandatory for Group meetings and international reporting.
