About this role
Role Overview
Build and maintain a trusting, long-term relationship with HR and learning & development stakeholders.
Understand clients’ learning objectives and provide tailored recommendations.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and support them in using our platform.
Analyze usage data and engagement reports to identify areas for improvement.
Present results, share insights, and recommend actions to maximize training impact.
Serve as the client’s primary day-to-day point of contact.
Collaborate with sales, learning design, and technical teams (no technical implementation required).
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in customer relationship management or project coordination.
Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Comfortable interacting with clients and solution-oriented.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable with data analysis (and tools such as Excel and Tableau) and presentations.
Experience in digital environments and/or SaaS solutions and strong English skills are a plus.
