Role Overview
- Responsible for ongoing support of cloud-based products and solutions
- Assist in resolving customer issues throughout the incident/problem lifecycle
- Plan and execute improvements and maintenance
- Ensure customer satisfaction and the delivery of high-quality, value-added solutions.
Requirements
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Active participation in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) implementation projects
- Strong experience in implementation and rollout projects in the SAP SD module
- ECC and S/4HANA (including sales, distribution, and billing processes)
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields and/or strong knowledge of commercial and sales processes.
