About this role
Role Overview
- Build and prototype AI enabled solutions supporting Oncology R&D workflows and decision making
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and analytical models
- Apply machine learning techniques to structured and unstructured healthcare data
- Collaborate with scientific and product partners to understand needs and deliver usable tools
- Focus on speed, iteration, and usability, with production scaling supported by enterprise Digital teams as appropriate
- Contribute to shared engineering standards, documentation, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant work experience OR Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience OR PhD and 1+ years of experience
- Advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, computational biology, bioinformatics, statistics, engineering, or a related quantitative or scientific field preferred
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building data, analytics, or ML solutions in healthcare, life sciences, or health tech
- Strong programming skills and experience with modern data and ML tooling
- Ability to rapidly prototype and adapt solutions based on feedback
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
