Act as an agile facilitator with development teams.
Promote adoption of Scrum practices and an agile culture.
Ensure continuous improvement, removal of impediments, and increased team efficiency and collaboration.
Facilitate agile ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Refinement.
Work to remove impediments that affect the team's productivity.
Foster the team's agile maturity and disseminate Scrum best practices and agile methodologies.
Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
Monitor squad performance metrics: Velocity, Lead Time, Throughput, Burndown/Burnup.
Facilitate communication between technical and business areas.
Encourage team autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support risk management and coordination of dependencies between squads.
Conduct team exercises, workshops, and retrospective sessions.
Ensure transparency and visibility of delivery progress.
