Lead strategic delivery initiatives across multiple DTS value streams (Cloud & Infrastructure, Digital Workplace Experience, and Platforms & Tools) ensuring alignment with strategic Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Drive program execution using both traditional project management frameworks and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies to deliver measurable business value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Information Security and enterprise technology teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of complex initiatives.
Establish and maintain delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication frameworks for high-visibility programs.
Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and delivery optimization across multiple concurrent initiatives to maximize organizational efficiency.
Partner with senior leadership to define program roadmaps, manage dependencies, provide regular program updates (including health reporting), and ensure successful delivery of critical business outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
7+ years of program/project management experience with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream technology initiatives
Strong expertise in project management methodologies including traditional frameworks (such as PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile practices (such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
Proven experience delivering business objectives for enterprise technology programs across Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agentic AI implementations, cloud infrastructure, information security, cyber resiliency, digital workplace, or platform modernization initiatives
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in risk management, resource planning, and delivery optimization.
Certification in one or more of the following: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), SAFe Agilist, Certified Agile Portfolio Manager (ICP-APM), SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager
Experience with enterprise project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps (ADO), or Jira/Confluence for program tracking and reporting
Background in financial services technology, regulatory compliance programs, or data governance initiatives.
