Drive day-to-day functioning of the India people services team to deliver people operations at scale by ensuring a focus on meeting SLAs with quality, consistency and excellence.
Develop and streamline processes to improve the service delivery experience on an ongoing basis.
Partner with ServiceNow team to analyze data and trends to look at continuous opportunities for improvement and translate plans into clear outcomes.
Ensure compliance and risk management.
Envision and transform the people services ecosystem to ensure we are leveraging technology to bring in efficiencies and forward-looking processes.
Create impact in India region and partner with other regional people services teams and the enterprise people technology team to catalyze impact globally.
Lead the people services team with a focus on clarity, innovation, continuous learning and development to enable team members to grow in line with their purpose and potential, while delivering on enterprise expectations.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the people function and business to understand the S&P Global business and operating ecosystems and drive business-relevant solutions.
Requirements
12-15 years of experience in HR shared services or Operations in large, global, complex, technology-enabled, forward-looking organizations, within the fin-tech industry or large-scale data-based businesses, including employee data management, hire to retire process implementation, benefits administration, compliance, vendor governance, etc.
Hands-on experience in conceptualizing and leading transformation in processes and ways of working
Experience in effectively leading mid-sized teams
Master’s degree in HR or Operations or Bachelor’s degree in HR or Operations with significant experience in transformation and HR shared services
Technology-savvy approach and high-degree of proficiency in Workday, Service Now
Strong analytical and data visualization skills. Should be able to understand and leverage complex global data dashboards with foresight to dissect complex problems and create actionable insights/options for business action and impact
Mindset of collaboration, agility and change-readiness, and comfort in dealing with ambiguity
Curiosity to explore and leverage advanced analytics and emerging GenAI-enabled capabilities to enhance people services impact
Detailed-oriented approach to getting things done with quality, while delivering with speed
Moderately strong business and financial acumen
