Performing accounting activities in accordance with established accounting principles and standards, including general accounting, general ledger, project, and/or government accounting
Compiling and maintaining accounting statements, reports, general ledger accounts, cost revenue reports, balance sheets, and bank reconciliations
Monitoring account entries and control activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations based on financial data
Supporting internal and external audits, as well as project activities, ensuring timely and quality execution
Comparing budget versus actual costs and providing insights to support financial discipline
Preparing basic financial analysis to support accurate financial reporting
Following accounting policies, procedures, and control processes to ensure compliance with standards
Managing fixed asset administration, including tracking investment projects, CAPEX, and capitalizations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ Experience in financial analysis, accounting, cost accounting, fixed assets, or similar areas
Practical knowledge of accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience with AS400 (BPCS)
Knowledge of SAP
Experience using Power BI and HFM
