- Manage and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and promotional content
- Consistently promote available rental spaces online
- Respond to inquiries and direct messages professionally
- Upload and organize property photos and videos
- Assist in maintaining a simple website with: Calendar booking functionality Rental application forms Digital signature integration
- Help improve online visibility and engagement
- Suggest creative marketing ideas and promotional strategies
Requirements
- Strong experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and social media management platforms
- Basic website management experience
- Experience with online forms, booking calendars, and digital signatures is a plus
- Creative, organized, and proactive
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and consistently promote the business
