Deploy our Online Fraud Detection and AML/CFT solutions for clients, ensuring all features are enabled and configured according to each client's specific needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (Development, QA, Operations) to ensure deployments follow best practices for security and compliance.
Identify and resolve issues during the deployment process, ensuring systems are integrated efficiently and effectively.
Monitor the evolution of client needs and propose product improvements or adjustments to meet those demands.
Facilitate formal acceptance of the deployment by the institution, validating that the system is functioning correctly.
Coordinate project closure and handover to the Operations team.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, etc.).
Previous experience deploying software solutions, preferably in security or financial environments.
Basic programming skills (preferably in Python, Java, and JavaScript) for customizations and integrations.
Familiarity with databases and the ability to perform SQL queries.
Understanding of flowcharts and diagrams.
Strong interpersonal communication, as you will work directly with clients and internal teams.
Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
The following are considered pluses:
Prior experience in the financial or banking sector.
Experience with API integrations and automation tools.
Basic knowledge of Spanish.
Knowledge of information security technologies, including fraud prevention and risk analysis techniques.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
