People & Culture Analyst – Design and Internal Communication

Role Overview

• Create, organize, and lead visual communication processes, ensuring aesthetic consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop and guide the production of graphic, digital, and audiovisual materials, overseeing all stages from planning to execution.
• Support brand strengthening by understanding and contributing to brand architecture, branded content, and employer branding.
• Conduct desk research and monitor market and organizational culture trends, turning insights into creative, actionable solutions for internal and external audiences.
• Apply various ideation methodologies to foster innovation and develop solutions relevant to business and people-related challenges.
• Support and lead project and event management, including internal marketing (endomarketing) initiatives and employee experience efforts, ensuring organization, high-quality deliverables, and alignment with brand positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Advertising, Social Communication, Graphic Design, Editorial Production, or related fields.
• Experience in visual communication, preferably focused on internal communication, endomarketing, and/or branding.
• Hands-on experience creating and developing graphic, digital, and audiovisual materials, with attention to visual identity and brand consistency.
• Proficiency with creation and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
• Familiarity with managing and producing content for corporate social media channels.
• Residency in Santa Maria/RS or easy access to the region.
