lead and coach a team responsible for executing the full client life cycle for clients
promote and exemplify the department's "sales, service, operations" philosophy through client interactions
lead a team responsible for responding to and resolving client requests and providing expert advice and guidance for clients utilizing products and services such as treasury management, loans, commercial, and personal accounts
work with internal departments and resources to drive client satisfaction
ensure the team completes department training and demonstrates competency to augment their banking knowledge
monitor individual team member performance to support their career progression
create and execute strategic business initiatives driven by data analytics under the direction of the Preferred Banking Director
oversee and manage distribution of work for the designated team
Requirements
6+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations or similar field
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Previous leadership experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, new account opening, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
Advanced business, legal, and technical writing ability with a good working knowledge of industry-standard writing specifications
Advanced experience in deposits and treasury management products
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
