Own brand quality across every touchpoint. Audit the surfaces Fonoa lives on today, identify where the bar isn't being met, and take responsibility for raising it.
Build and maintain the brand design system. Establish the single source of truth for how Fonoa looks, and make it usable by everyone who needs it.
Produce the work. Hands-on execution across marketing, sales, product, and web
from campaign assets to event identity to the website.
Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to translate business needs into work that meets the bar
and push back constructively where it doesn't.
Shape the function. You'll have real influence on how brand design operates at Fonoa as the company scales.
Requirements
Exceptional craft. Your portfolio shows genuine mastery. Considered details, distinctive output, and a clear point of view. We can tell the difference between competent and excellent.
Versatility across mediums. Comfortable moving between digital, print, environmental, and campaign work. Motion is a strong plus.
Systems thinking. You build scalable patterns and infrastructure, not one-off assets. You can articulate how your work holds together across touchpoints.
An AI-native sensibility. You understand how modern infrastructure and AI-native companies express themselves visually, with restraint, typography-led, system-first, product as the primary brand expression.
High agency. You don't wait for briefs to be perfect. You take ownership, move fast, and hold yourself to a high bar without external pressure.
Strong stakeholder instincts. You can work cross-functionally without losing the quality bar, and challenge briefs constructively where needed.
Agency or in-house background (ideally both). Top-tier studio experience builds craft and range. In-house product company experience builds an understanding of pace, stakeholders, and systems. The strongest candidates have done both.
A portfolio that speaks for itself. Live site strongly preferred. The CV is secondary.
