Prepare estimates/quotations using the system to generate new sales opportunities.
Monitor performance indicators via email, spreadsheets and meetings to report OTIF and client sales performance.
Support BID coding via spreadsheets, the system and email to create new sales/contracts opportunities.
Manage the account portfolio, perform profitability analysis, manage forced stock (earmarked inventory) and monitor contract health.
Conduct on-site visits as required by the account portfolio.
Hold alignment meetings, in person or remotely, to coordinate items related to customer service.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Technical/commercial experience with the group’s product families.
Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication and negotiation abilities.
