Execute Performance Creative & Content Production
Work on high‑quality performance creatives for Paid Social, e‑commerce, social media and product launches
Plan and carry out shoots independently, from setup, lighting and camera to final post‑production
Turn a single concept into multiple testable creative variants
Edit videos with a performance focus and prepare all assets for the right channels and formats
Use AI tools, templates and automations to make workflows faster, more efficient and scalable

2–4 years of experience as a photo & videographer, content creator or performance creative producer in an e‑commerce or DTC environment
Confident with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom and ideally After Effects, Capture One or CapCut, Nano Banana and Kive
Understand performance marketing and think in hooks, attention, testing, variant creation and conversion
Experience with performance ads, paid social creatives, UGC‑adjacent formats and short‑form content for Meta & TikTok
Independently proficient in camera work, lighting, editing, retouching, color grading and professional post‑production
Work quickly, hands‑on and solution‑oriented, and actively use AI to optimize creative workflows
