About this role
Role Overview
Lead large-scale, complex HR projects from initiation through execution, ensuring delivery against defined scope, timelines, and objectives
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Drive accountability across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and proactive follow-through on commitments
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-team dependencies to ensure coordination
Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders across HR, Compensation, and business functions
Lead and facilitate project meetings, providing structured updates and driving decisions
Translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans
Support enterprise initiatives such as job architecture and skills development
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively mitigate issues
Ensure alignment across initiatives to prevent siloed work
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five to eight years of experience in project management activities
Experience leading cross-functional projects in matrixed organizations
Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing decisions
Strong execution focus with ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans
Experience with organizational design, job architecture, or skills frameworks preferred
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Workday, and ServiceNow
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
