Clinical Reimbursement Consultant

Role Overview

• Provide interim MDS completion services
• Provide SNF auditing services focused on reimbursement accuracy
• Deliver professional consulting services to Engage Consulting customers
• Maintain clinical and regulatory knowledge in accordance with care standards
• Assist Senior Practice Manager and Director of Clinical Consulting as needed

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active Nursing licensure
• Minimum five years of experience performing MDS completion in a SNF
• AAPACN Resident Assessment Coordinator Certification (RAC-CT) preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of SNF Reimbursement and Billing Regulations
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
