Serve as a strategic thought partner for marketing teams and the field force, providing commercial and access insights and strategic recommendations.
Develop and deploy innovative market research methodologies based on best practices to generate key customer insights and support superior decision-making.
Represent the “voice of the customer” through creative approaches to understanding patients and HCPs, including their experiences, treatment preferences, and unmet needs.
Analyze and synthesize market data and field force effectiveness metrics (e.g., market research, account performance, segmentation, deployment) to add value to studies and communicate customer insights in a business-oriented, concise, and impactful manner.
Guide strategic analysis and provide recommendations for the development and maintenance of user interfaces and dashboards that deliver market and competitive intelligence to senior leadership.
Support and help lead the Integrated Customer Planning (ICP) and strategic budget planning processes for the Insights team, delivering comprehensive customer and market insights to inform commercial strategy and resource allocation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or a consulting firm supporting the complex disease healthcare sector, with a focus on market analytics, insights, research, forecasting, and sales force effectiveness.
At least 2 years of experience in people management and/or talent development.
Strong project management experience, including end-to-end ownership: defining business needs, soliciting vendor proposals, advising on research samples, monitoring fielding, designing readout plans, synthesizing results, and communicating findings within the organization.
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to translate analyses and research findings into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership.
Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to synthesize large volumes of information and structure clear, logical PowerPoint deliverables.
Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, AI, VEEVA, IQVIA, DATASUS, CLOSE-UP, and other emerging data sources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English, including executive-level presentation capability.
