Role Overview
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
- Engage decision-makers such as procurement teams, medical directors, and commercial leaders.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Book high-quality meetings for senior sales executives.
- Research target accounts within pharma, biotech, and healthcare organizations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline activity.
- Tailor outreach messaging to align with industry compliance and regulatory considerations.
- Consistently meet KPIs related to outreach volume, conversion rates, and meetings booked.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role.
- Mandatory: Prior sales experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles in regulated industries.
- Experience in outbound prospecting (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within compliance-sensitive environments.
- Highly target-driven with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs.
Preferred Experience
