Develop, design, and format professional PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, board meetings, and client engagements
Translate data, ideas, and strategic messages into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides
Collaborate with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather content and understand presentation objectives
Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and messaging across all presentations
Create charts, graphs, infographics, and visual elements to enhance storytelling
Edit and refine content for clarity, grammar, and executive-level communication standards
Manage multiple presentation requests under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality
Maintain and update slide libraries, templates, and design assets
Provide recommendations on presentation structure and messaging to improve impact

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years of experience in presentation development, consulting, or executive support roles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (required)
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
