Lead and develop a team of Workforce Management Analysts and Financial Solutions Analysts across hybrid, virtual, and offshore environments
Establish and reinforce a strong risk and control framework, including oversight of associate data security, access management, and adherence to operational standards
Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and workload management to ensure consistent service delivery
Manage complex operational workflows, including issue resolution, break/fix activities, and root cause analysis
Own and execute projects, including client onboarding, technology initiatives, and process enhancements
Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new systems, processes, and best practices
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and Client teams to drive alignment and outcomes
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and improve overall performance
Manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates, insights, and recommendations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams
5–10+ years of experience in financial services or investment operations
Experience managing multiple functions or teams with diverse responsibilities
Strong understanding of risk management, controls, and data security within an operational environment
Proven ability to manage projects, drive change, and improve processes
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working with hybrid, virtual, and/or offshore teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
