About this role
Role Overview
Drive strategic revenue growth by selling CSI Core Solutions into complex, multi-stakeholder banking organizations.
Expand CSI’s reach into additional growth markets while maintaining commitment to community banks and credit unions.
Execute disciplined territory strategies and build executive-level relationships.
Deliver measurable results against sales objectives established by the SVP of Sales.
Translate prospect priorities into winning proposals and commercial outcomes.
Maintain accountability for understanding and communicating fintech and banking industry trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
10 years of experience in sales
5 years of experience leading enterprise or complex sales cycles
Experience in software sales selling into the banking industry
Demonstrated success building a territory, pipeline, or book of business from the ground up
Ability to set priorities, and execute with discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain complex technical solutions to diverse audiences
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines
Collaborative and receptive to constructive feedback
Frequent travel is required
