About this role
Role Overview
Active new client acquisition (cold calls, outreach, network building)
Build your own client portfolio in the IT sector
Responsibility for your own revenue and pipeline
Manage the entire sales process (from first contact to closing)
Close collaboration with the recruiting team to ensure successful placements
Market development in your focus area (e.g., region, technology, industry)
Requirements
Experience in active sales / new client acquisition
Ideally: background in IT staffing / personnel services or comparable B2B services
You enjoy outbound activities (cold calling, direct outreach, closing deals)
You don't just want to work — you want to build something
You're used to being accountable for your own revenue
Entrepreneurial mindset and high self-motivation
Bonus (not required): experience building a new market, customer base, or business unit
