Role Overview
Handle benefit requests for complex and/or policy-sensitive files
Prepare and analyze access requests submitted to the Vice‑President's office
Participate in experience‑rating assessment and case‑monitoring meetings
Collaborate with the team to resolve disability-related issues
Provide recommendations to senior management regarding case handling and progression
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a health‑related field; a master's degree is an asset
7 years of experience in disability management
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
Strong knowledge of administrative procedures in group insurance
Knowledge of medical terminology
Knowledge of provincial legislation is an asset
Effective listening and communication skills
