Play a key role in supporting Operational Compliance leadership in the application of laws, regulations and corporate policies
Actively contribute to strategic projects and the implementation of solutions to ensure compliance and reduce regulatory risk
Advise operational business units and help establish a robust compliance program
Maintain proactive regulatory monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Financial Crime or other related fields
Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of anti‑money laundering and anti‑terrorist financing (AML/ATF) regulatory requirements
Solid understanding of the regulatory framework and business practices specific to the insurance industry
Excellent command of French, both written and spoken, and advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
