About this role
Role Overview
Maintain client satisfaction and expand employer services within the assigned account territory
Drive sales and provide superior customer experience
Initiate client-facing sales efforts for current clients and new logos prospects
Consult with clients to construct solutions to meet their needs
Facilitate and negotiate contract renewals and RFPs through the complete sales cycle
Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with client executives
Maintain ongoing contact with clients and develop an understanding of client environments and processes
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3 or more years of proven Strategic-level sales Experience in consultative sales and negotiation skills
Demonstrated experience managing senior level client relationships
Critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate complex situations, work strategically, and effectively solve problems
Project management experience
Ability to travel
