Manage projects and construction works end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and post-construction activities
Conduct critical reviews of executive and regulatory project documents, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
Monitor on-site construction, ensuring compliance with layouts, technical standards, quality, and safety
Manage technical documentation, contracts, site measurements, and physical and financial reporting
Serve as an interface between clients, suppliers, and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent technical qualification
Experience managing layouts and corporate and/or retail construction projects
Construction planning and coordination of technical disciplines (civil, electrical, etc.)
Management of indicators (KPIs), SLAs, and cost control (CAPEX and OPEX)
Preparation of management reports and dashboards (intermediate Excel; Power BI is a plus)
Supplier performance evaluation, support in RFPs, scope definition, and continuous process improvement
