Writing, editing, reviewing and maintaining various documents and publications for the Program Office
Creates/Designs/Maintains/Edits various publications, ensuring adherence to standards and usability
Collaborates with instructional systems designers and subject matter experts for content
Ensures materials are consistent with client policies and established formats
Consults on or selects illustrative materials for inclusion in publications
Provides documentation and publications to meet requests of clients
Performs reviews of publications/documentation and provides recommendations for revisions
Applies a consistent set of style, grammar, and punctuation practices to documents
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of six (6) years’ experience in editing and publication development, two of which need to have been completed at a Technical Writer II level or equivalent
Must understand how to work within the parameters of an established organization aesthetic
Intermediate level understanding of publication design concepts
Secret Clearance is required
U.S. Citizenship is required
Must be able to pass a background check
