Role Overview
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients
Generate new leads and qualify prospects
Set appointments and book meetings for the sales team
Follow the provided scripts, workflows, and sales processes
Update and manage lead information accurately in the CRM
Maintain organized records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups
Communicate regularly with the client regarding progress and results
Requirements
Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
Strong verbal communication and conversational English skills
Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Ability to handle objections professionally and effectively
Familiarity with CRM tools and dialing systems (or willingness to learn)
Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation
Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency (required)
