Role Overview
Cross-functional partnership with GTRM pillar leads to identify relevant KPIs, including development of robust audit procedures to ensure data integrity
Develop and sustain intuitive data dashboards that translate metrics into clear insights, enabling stakeholders to act on areas of risk and responsibility
Collaborate with pillar leads and teams to identify corrective actions, leveraging the portfolio of data to monitor effectiveness of these measures
Publish robust standard procedures for managing KPI portfolio, with a focus on accuracy, executability, and repeatability
Manage, strengthen, and develop processes and tools providing visibility and compliance across the authorizations management function
Manage processes and tools for AMOCs and RFIs, ensuring completeness of requests and partnering with RTX Corporate to identify and implement standardization initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of global trade or data analytics experience; OR an Advanced Degree and 7+ years of global trade or data analytics experience
Demonstrated success managing continuous improvement projects based on data-driven insights
