About this role

Responsible for leading and accelerating the Company's transition to automation and data-based decision making
Interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Lead a team of engineers with deep experience in data innovation and automations
Create an enterprise-wide data foundation
Mentor and onboard new staff
Drive regulatory responses and ensure company engagement

Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline required
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in data science or data analytics
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in supervisory roles
Highly knowledgeable in electric power systems
Demonstrated expertise with complex analytical modeling and data models
Strong optimization skills
Strong probabilistic, risk-based analysis skills
Demonstrated experience with coding (Matlab, Python, R, SQL) and databases
Experience with cloud computing in Linux and Windows environments (Azure is a plus)
Must be an effective presenter
Skilled in working cross functionally with multiple other teams
Ability to exercise cost controllership
