Customer Care Representative – 2nd Shift

Role Overview

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex account or technical issues
• Promote Associated Bank products and services
• Mentor and train new team members
• Demonstrate professionalism and care in customer interactions
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to improve processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Less than 2 years of customer service experience in banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing, or sales
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (preferred)
