Secure Migration Architect (On-Prem to AWS Focus)
Design secure pathways for migrating critical on-premises workloads and sensitive data to the AWS cloud environment
Architect and enforce robust security controls for hybrid cloud networking
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality during transfer using AWS services
Collaborate with Cloud IAM architects to enforce security policies across AWS accounts
Use Infrastructure as Code tools to embed security guardrails directly into cloud provisioning
Provide architectural guidance for security function configuration
Define and govern integration of security testing into CI/CD pipelines
Act as a trusted partner to application and infrastructure teams
Conduct security architecture reviews and provide guidance on vulnerability remediation

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
12+ years of experience in related field in lieu of a degree
4+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience designing, implementing, and securing large-scale production solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Proven expertise in on-premises to cloud migration efforts
Deep practical mastery of core AWS security services (IAM, KMS, VPC, Security Hub)
High proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation for security automation
Experience operating in a highly regulated industry (e.g., Financial Services)
