Director II, Claims Operations Transformation

Role Overview

• Lead digital transformation initiatives that improve claims operations and overall service delivery
• Partner with leaders across the organization to implement strategic plans and shared goals
• Manage the resolution of intra-organizational issues
• Execute objectives of the company and the blended Digital Ops organization
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Oversee strategic planning, budget development, and management
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place
• Provide operational guidance and system solutions
• Develop a strong team through training and effective organizational practices

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• minimum of 8 years experience leading technology teams and/or cross-functional project teams
• 7 years' management experience
• proven experience leading large Claims Operations teams
• proven experience leading Claims Operations strategy
• digital literacy
• health insurance industry experience
• claims operational experience
• Process Improvement/Six Sigma skillset
