Role Overview
- Develops strategic and tactical plans for a comprehensive enterprise-wide information security program
- Leads the development of security policies, technical standards, and guidelines
- Establishes architecture oversight and planning for information security technologies
- Leads development of information security risk management programs
- Participates in enterprise planning activity, including vendor assessment and technology platform selection
- Creates presentations and seeks approval for significant technology changes
Requirements
- Requires BS/BA in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 10 years experience in systems administration and security
- Experience with network security technologies and telecommunications
- Expert knowledge of industry-accepted data processing controls and security concepts
- CISSP preferred and other advanced technical security certifications
- Hands-on experience securing AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments
