About this role
Role Overview
- Provide timely responses to clients on pricing, bid, contract, and rate-related enquiries
- Analyse, evaluate, and process pricing, bid, contract, and rate requests for export shipments within the intra-Asia region
- Collate market feedback, conduct data analysis, and support the development and implementation of pricing strategies and policies
- Monitor market supply and demand trends closely and adjust pricing policies in response to changing market conditions
- Ensure all contracts and rate filings are implemented accurately and executed in compliance with contractual terms
- Monitor and analyse vessel performance to support operational efficiency and commercial objectives
- Proactively engage with external stakeholders on rate enquiries, tender submissions, market practices, and other commercial matters
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in business, maritime / logistic or supply chain related studies
- 0 to 2 years of working experience in related industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (specifically with vlookup, pivot table & etc.) is preferred
- Knowledge of the logistics/supply chain industry is an advantage
