Requirements
A recognized Project Management certification, such as Prince2 or PMP.

Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
SQL (very valuable in most roles)
Basic data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
Interpreting trends and drawing insights

Understanding KPIs and performance metrics
Industry awareness (depends on your field)
