Role Overview
- Contact and engage inbound leads generated through paid advertising campaigns
- Conduct 150–250 calls per day while maintaining quality conversations
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments
- Consistently achieve 4–9 bookings daily
- Follow scripts exactly while maintaining natural and confident delivery
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects toward booking
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead updates
- Ensure all appointment details and follow-up actions are documented correctly
- Collaborate with team members via communication and workflow tools
- Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize performance
- Maintain a 90%+ appointment show rate
- Deliver 100–160 showed appointments per month
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months sales experience required (1+ year preferred)
- Must have worked in a phone-heavy sales role with 4+ hours/day of calling
- Experience in inbound appointment setting required
- Experience handling paid ads leads (Meta/Facebook leads preferred)
- Must understand KPI-driven environments and confidently discuss previous metrics/performance
- Advanced spoken English with minimal accent and strong communication skills
- Clear, confident phone presence with strong call control
- Not soft-spoken, passive, or overly verbose on calls
- Comfortable following scripts exactly while maintaining natural delivery
- Strong objection handling abilities
- Accurate with CRM updates and data entry
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Emotionally steady and comfortable handling high daily call volumes (150–250 calls/day)
- GoHighLevel experience strongly preferred (highly valued)
- Experience using Slack required/preferred for team collaboration
- Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM accepted
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude preferred
- Familiarity with Airtable, Slite, and Google Workspace is a plus
